Welcome to Bamvd! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bamvd iOS application (“App”) and its related services. By downloading, accessing, or using Bamvd, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
1. Eligibility
To use Bamvd, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Bamvd may allow you to upload, share, or otherwise submit content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and ensure it does not:
- Violate any laws or third-party rights.
- Contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
Bamvd and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Bamvd at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Bamvd is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of Bamvd, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].
